After making my Plum & Raspberry Pie I had some leftover dough just hanging out.
I recently bought some cute little ramekins and decided to make a mini-pie.
Just chopped up some apples, added cinnamon, sugar & a couple dabs of butter. I hand-cut some leaf shapes in the dough and layered them on. Brushed the top with a bit of egg wash and sprinkled some sugar. Popped it in the over for about 10-15 mins, and there ya go.
